About Maya

I have been practising and teaching Kundalini Yoga for over a decade and I absolutely believe that it's one of the best things that has ever happened to me. Although I’m based in LA, I was born in Skopje, Macedonia, and trained and performed as a classical pianist. After discovering and falling in love with yoga, I decided to combine yoga with music to create a unique style of yoga, meditation, and music for modern living. I have helped thousands of people find their true passions and live their best life through this yoga method. I’ve released numerous music CDs which feature guest spots from friends and peers such as Deepak Chopra. I have made over 20 DVDs, published a book, “Yoga For Real Life,” which has been translated into eight languages and sold over 100,000 copies worldwide. How The Maya Fiennes Method Works

In this 7-week program, I have created a 7-minute video per day that will show you Kundalini Yoga and meditation techniques to find courage, clarity, relief, calmness, happiness, healthy relationships and love.

49 Days of Yoga

In this 7-week fully comprehensive lifestyle program, I have created a 7-minute daily video for each of the 49 days of the program that will teach you Kundalini Yoga and meditation techniques to find courage, clarity, relief, calmness, happiness, healthy relationships and love. Once you have access to these short daily videos, you can always go back and re-watch them and practise with me as many times as you like.

Maya's Weekly Lifestyle Videos

In addition, you will receive a weekly video from me at the start of each week of the program discussing what to expect in your week ahead, the problems at hand and the solutions you can anticipate. I’ll also give you lifestyle advice and tips and tricks on how to get the best out of your week as well as a mantra for the week. Again, these videos will always be available for you to go back and re-watch whenever you need to.

Nutritional Guide

Along with the weekly video, you will receive a nutritional guide with some of my favorite, delicious and easy to make recipes for the week ahead as well as dietary tips and tricks to better boost your metabolism and immune system and compliment your yoga and meditation training for that week. This set is a total workout to help you get rid of fear from every cell in your body. Cells have memory, and if not released then it gets stuck and can create blockages unless we shake it up and release it!

This is the complete second week of The Maya Fiennes Method and is a total workout to help you deal with creativity and relationships. In this series, Maya walks you through flexibility in the spine and helping you get open to receive in relationships as well as releasing the spine to help the energy and creativity flow. This series will also help you in letting go, staying present, observing feelings, creating emptiness, create freedom of movement in the spine, create energy in reproductive organs, clear UTIs, stimulate the prostate, deal with PMS and menopause, and stimulate the pancreas, bladder and spleen.

Dealing with Obstacles, Feeling Stuck, Digestive Issues, Bloating, Gas, IBS and a Leaky Gut in 7 Days, 7 Minutes a Day with Maya Fiennes

This is the complete third week of The Maya Fiennes Method and is a total workout to help you deal with obstacles, feeling stuck, feelings of anger and suppression. These issues more often than not are the main cause of digestive Issues, bloating, gas, IBS and a leaky gut. In this series, Maya walks you through dealing with indigestion and stomach issues, clearing obstacles and manifesting desires, increasing will-power, releasing emotional baggage, anger and resentment, and learning how to meditate.

This is the complete fourth week of The Maya Fiennes Method and is a total workout to help you deal with opening the heart and healing. In this series, Maya walks you through building the mental strength to deal with panic and anxiety, how mantras are helpful in getting rid of the negative voices, experiencing freedom and learning to observe feelings of joy. This series will also help with healing lungs, asthma, improving the circulatory, glandular, immune and nervous system.

This is the complete fifth week of The Maya Fiennes Method and is a total workout to help you deal with relieving stress from the body and mind. In this series, Maya walks you through improving energy and stimulating weight loss, clearing emotional issues and being able to express yourself, and releasing the stress, tension and heaviness of responsibility from the neck, the shoulders, and the jaw. You'll also learn how to deal with neck issues and calcium levels, how to stimulate the immune system and release stress and balance the hormones with the help of mantras.

This is the complete sixth week of The Maya Fiennes Method and is a total workout to help you deal with depression and find happiness. In this series, Maya guides you through the abs and the digestive system and teaches you how to balance out the hormones and create happy hormones. You'll also learn about how to deal with happy hormones and be more decisive, clear foggy brain, stimulate the brain and deal with anti-depressive chemicals, clear nervousness, anxiety, negative and unwanted thoughts and worries about the future, and maintain a creative, neutral, judgement-free mind so that you can finally be truly happy.

Dealing with Loneliness and Sadness in 7 Days, 7 Minutes a Day with Maya Fiennes

This is the complete seventh and final week of The Maya Fiennes Method and is a total workout to help you deal with feelings of loneliness and sadness. It will also help you with aura clarity. In this series, Maya walks you through how to produce endorphins and serotonin for happiness, providing oxygen to the body and mind for clarity in making the right decisions, stimulating the pineal gland for more serotonin production, how to feel relaxed and awaked and to learn to appreciate the peace and quiet. You'll also learn how to shift the energy of depression and feeling lost which can correlate to clear skin, how to create melatonin for quality of sleep and the immune system and breaking fears and paranoias, chronic exhaustion, and finally promoting inner peace and calmness.
